CCHA is a social housing provider focused on delivering quality homes and excellent customer care. Cude Design has worked with the organisation for several years, so when the opportunity came to redesign the website, we already had a strong understanding of its users and priorities.
The previous site was still functional, but the structure and design needed simplifying. The redesign focused on creating clearer user journeys and making important resident information easier to access, including reporting repairs, paying rent, reading FAQs and keeping up to date with news and events.
The result is a cleaner, more modern WordPress website that better reflects CCHA’s services and makes everyday tasks more straightforward for residents and other users.
