How long is the pay monthly contract?
We offer a minimum contract of 12 months for all pay monthly websites. After the initial term, you can continue month-to-month or cancel at any time with no penalty. During the 12 months, we provide hosting, support, and services in your chosen package.
If your needs grow or change, you can switch to a different plan without starting over. It’s a flexible agreement designed to stabilise you without locking you in longer than necessary.
What are the setup fees?
A one-time setup fee of £299 covers your website’s design, build, and configuration. This fee is due before we begin development. Once your site is live, the first monthly payment will be taken via direct debit.
The setup typically takes 7 days, assuming we have all the required content and instructions. This upfront cost allows us to keep your ongoing monthly fee low.
Will I own my website?
Yes. After 12 months, you will have full ownership of your website. You can move it to your hosting provider and manage it yourself. We’ll provide a full site backup, including content, database, and theme files. You’ll also retain ownership of your domain name and any email accounts set up under your plan.
Until then, we will fully manage and support your website to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays secure.
